Site emails are located in the "skins_site>>def>>emails" folder.

For example, in the general.html file you can change the default text size in the following section:

      body {
         background-color: #FFFFFF;
         color: #222222;
         font: 12px "Trebuchet MS", Arial, sans-serif;
         height: 100%;
      }

It appears the admin template you're using is the "BootMin" admin template which is a 3rd party template developed about 4 years ago by KHDev which I don't have a copy of and is no longer available for download, without access to the source code I can't offer much help with it.

Have you tried using your browser's "Element Inspector" to locate which code or CSS file is associated with the textarea element that you can maybe edit??

If you don't know about using browser's "Element Inspector" you can find info and tutorials on how to use it here ...

I understand that...
Yes I've tried to get the css code with "Element Inspector" and other stuff ... but I seems to be a mystery ....

Thank you anyway ... I'll keep going :)

Try this ....

admin/js/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/skins/default/content.css

Open the content.css file and edit the font size in the first line of code ...

body, td, pre {color:#000; font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:10px; margin:8px;}

Note: You may have to clear your browser cache before you'll see the change.
