Not seeing new members
« on: September 27, 2017, 06:52:48 PM »
Hi All,

I'm very new to Datemill, and I have everything install successfully. I noticed something when I created a few user accounts for testing purposes, but the new members don't show up in member section of the admin CP under "Content Management" members. If I do a search for the names, nothing comes up. I can see the activity under "Administration Center".

Is there something I need to adjust to see new members?

Thanks you for this great app!

The most common reason for this issue is your cron jobs not setup or functioning properly.

Thank you for your reply. Would SSL affect the CRON jobs?

I'm getting this error in emails from the CRON jobs. I changed the user name.

Could not open input file: /home7/myusername/public_html/tools/cron/cron.php

No, SSL won't be the problem.

Your problem is most likely with your command path to the cron job. Try reading this thread in forums were another user had similar problems:

You might need to contact your host for assistance.

You can use any external cron like easycron.com, which starts processes on the URL.
