« on: February 25, 2017, 10:19:38 AM »
Hello !

I have a problem with Etano software. Always logout after 2-3 click-on . Can somebody help me?

Thank you!

This is often caused by the switching of domain names with and without the WWW prefix.

Sometimes www.mysite.com and mysite.com can react as different domains. If you type in your URL using the www prefix but you have your site's baseurl defined without the the www prefix in the "includes/defines.inc.php" file, it can cause potential issues such as logging a user out when navigating the site.

There's a tutorial in the online documentation on how to remedy the issue:

Thanky you! I found the problem. I changed the PHP 5.6 to the PHP 5.1  and now work perfectly. But the search doesn't work :(

The recommended PHP version is 5.3 or 5.4, not 5.1

The crons probably were't working when using 5.6 and it won't show members in widgets or searches that were created while the crons weren't functioning, the only way they will be released and updated is by 'regenerating' your skin under the 'Skin Settings' in your Etano admin.
