Member question

The information on the Etano script home page tells someone to 'sign up free' which then leads to join.php

I set-up a free membership and paid membership in the Admin section.

When I sign up as a user on 'join.php' the membership processes fine (I receive the email, click on the link and my membership is processed successfully). However, when I then try to log-in again with my membership info username and password, I receive the following message "Please register as a free or paid member." when I click the log-in button. So I can't log-in at all.

Is there an instruction document for setting up subscriptions somewhere? I am sure I messed up in the admin section :-[

Does this mean you created a subscription for free membershis? You only create subscriptions for paid memberships.

The access levels for free and paid memberships is already setup in the admin access levels section and are related with the subscriptions as the access levels determine what each membership is allowed access to.

Be sure to take the time to read the online manual so you get familar with how things work in the admin.
