Hi
we are having problems receiving site emails being sent from the 'contact us' option. If we send to
contactus@oursite.com
via offsite email they arrive but if we send via the site they aren't arriving . any ideas?

How about any other emails? Welcome emails when user joins, new matches notifications, etc? Do you receive any of those?

yep.. the members receive notifications. its only contact us that seems to be amiss
