Shout box and other features

We have tried to install a shout box on the site with no success, I have a scrolling box which works perfectly on my support site (Lone-parents.co.uk) and would dearly love one on the dating side.
 I would also like to add the available feature for members to see who has viewed their profile.
 Is there a birthday box available for etano? We had one on the old site which refreshed every day, is there one available?
 I also wondered if there was a star sign/horoscope box available for members to read their stars daily.
 I also wondered if it was possible to add the facility to promote as many members as we wanted to be admins/mods in the chat room, we only have the ability to assign two at the moment,

Thanks Shadowman but Jhcrash was doing all that for me and I'm afraid we gave up in the end and had Dan create and install one for us, it had its teething problems but it has been stable for a week or two now.

It could do with a bit of 'jazzing up' if ever you get a bit bored though

I can definitely say that I haven't been bored during the last year. Not even 5 mins. But send me an email and will see what I can do.
