the inbox needs work

I didn't know whether to post this in the General section or this Features Request section.

Either way, I'm going to have to get Dan to customise my messaging system.

User experience at present is very poor.

Two key points.

1) Inbox & Friendship Connection Requests sections - these two areas (like is done on other major social networking sites) need to be kept separate. 

2) In the Friendship Request section - there are too many options/clicks/pages at present.  When you click on a friendship request message, you should be offered two buttons  - Accept or Decline. 

The present system is way too confusing. 

As I said in point one above, these two sections need to be kept apart.....and on any friendship connection request, we need two buttons - accept or decline.
