[Nov. 14, 2007 edit:  need to delete this post because I cannot find a way to set cron jobs to run every 5 minutes so far (using only a shared Linux plan to start - don't know about VDS or Dedicated Server).]

I had many problems with IX webhosting. They have lost a database on one of my sites and data. They have lots of unexplained downtime and I suspect security problems. The mail limits are very small 300 per day. The support is good for simple things, but once it gets bit more complicated it starts to drop off.

We're currently hosting etano sites and everything seems to be working well. Members are joining every day and there doesn't seem to be any problems.
