They aren't errors, they are emails with the activation code being sent to users. Of course, these users aren't getting them. I could PM you one or two of the failures if you'd like.
This is only happening with the datemill app. We have a number of other sites on that server but they seem to be sending out fine. Maybe it's not been obvious yet that others are having the same problem.

The sites are all virtualhosts. The main server has a email@example.com
email address and the virtual servers all have their own settings.
For the datemill app, I have firstname.lastname@example.org
in it's virtual details in the httpd.conf.

I'm going to do a little more testing, perhaps they are invalid accounts and other valid reasons, just seems like too many though.
